Taishan Matcha

This high quality Matcha is grown on the Taishan tea estate located in the Zhejiang province of China. Selected tea shrubs are kept in the shade before plucking in order to increase their chlorophyll content producing a moss green tea with a strong and fresh bouquet as well as a slight tartness in the aftertaste.
